Geography

Armenia is a mountainous land locked country. Most of its territory ranges from 1000 to 2500 meters above sea level. Highest point: Mt. Aragats 13.419 ft (4090 m), lowest point along Debed River 1.280 ft (390 m). Its extent is 29.800 square kilometers.

Yerevan is the capital of Armenia and one of the oldest cities in the world. It stretches under the gaze of biblical mountain Ararat and resembles a beautiful gift bowl to those flying over it.
